Search The Site

In addition to searching the FindMyHosting database for web hosting plans (using either the preset searches or the search tools) you can search the site in other ways also. This is useful if you are just looking for something very specific.

3 general search options exist & are selected from the pull-down menu under the site search entry text field

1. Search The Whole Site

This searches through all the pages in the site including all the articles, guides and web resources. The output is very similar to how a search engine returns results.

2. Search For One Web Host

If you want to search for one specific host in the database, use this option. If the host is found then all the hosting plans in the database for that host will be listed.

3. Search Within All Hosting Plans

This searches through the text of all the hosting plans listed in the database (plan descriptions and host descriptions). Hosting Plans that contain the search phrase somewhere in the plan text will be returned as search results.
