Setting up a website on HostMonster is so easy it really makes a difference. I've used a couple of webhosts before for other websites and it was a real chore to get the website running. HostMonster were such an improvement. The design tools are pretty straightforward but the Live Chat option means you can speak to a tech support guy whilst you're designing the site so you can make sure everything works perfectly. Once my site was running it ran really well, though obviously you're going to get a few problems along the way. But whenever a problem came up the tech team were really quick to get it fixed. HostMonster are a really reliable host service that you should have no complaints with if you chose them.

I have had so many bad experiences in talking to webhost support staff, often being the reason for me finding other hosts. I have suffered nothing like this since switching to HostMonster. Their support team have always been really supportive and quick to fix any little problems that come up. Considering how little you have to pay for their web space, getting such fantastic help from the staff has been an amazing bonus. On top of this, you get a great amount of space, really reliable service and a great email service that would be a help for any company. I will definitely be sticking with HostMonster.

Hosting my website with HostMonster has made my life so much easier. Aside from the really great price and the superb reliability, they have an amazing team of staff that clearly explain everything, help you through the site designing stage and respond to any problem really quickly, which has meant my site has suffered from next to no downtime since starting up. They don't have the greatest amount of storage but then this will only be a problem to the biggest websites. For the more average website, this isn't going to be a problem and there will be more than enough space for your site to run smoothly. HostMonster have made running a website so much more enjoyable than I have been used to and they are a brilliant webhost for anyone to go with. Highly recommended!

I moved my site to HostMonster after needing to create a separate site for our new sister company. HostMonster were a cheap alternative that provided a lot more space than the old webhost. However, I was pleasantly surprised at just how good the service was. Getting help from tech support was easy thanks to the Live Chat feature and the site builder was so easy to use. They also made transferring over the original site straightforward and it was running properly in next to no time. It all makes me wonder why we weren’t with them from the beginning!

They were also a great help in guiding us through the site design and in helping make the most of the additional features that would enhance the site. The service team are really quick to help with fixing problems and advice on updates and overall have made the whole experience easy and simple. A great choice for any website.
