Host Monster is pretty fair overall. They do offer great features, cheap monthly price and helpful customer service but their upload service needs improvement. But other then this tiny issues i am very pleased and content with host monster.

I have been using host monster for a couple of months now. They seem to be pretty good. I had a bit of a problem and they resolved it right away. Michael the tech support guy was very helpful to my needs. I hope they keep up the good work cause so far i am very pleased with their service.

Host Monster provides everything i was looking for in a provider. There technical support is always available and their cpanel is easy to use. I haven\'t had any problems with my emails and no down time.

Host Monster is a solid company to use as your hosting provider. Their customer service is friendly and well spoken. They always try to help you the best they can with any type of issues you are experiencing at the moment and its very rare for them to put you on hold for a lengthy time. I am realizing that host monster is definitely for me.

OK is the best way to describe this host. I was actually recommended by a friend. What i realise now is that my friend had never actually used a web hosting provider before and therefore had nothing to compare them too.

I previously used 1&1 and I kind of wish that i had stayed with them. The actual Host Monster hosting is very good but it is when you need to get in contact with the support and tech teams that the problems started. I think it was actually a week before anyone got back to me. Apparently my ticket got \"lost in the system\", funny how they managed to digg it up after a week.

Once i did actually speak to someone they were quite helpful and did sort out my problem. I have actually stayed with HostMonster but this is mainly just because i can\'t be bothered to change and they are not quite rubbish enough to warrant changing. Anyone else had much experience with them?
