Reading some of these reviews it struck me that most of them are from people who have recently come to iPage; I've been with them for a few years now and have nothing but praise for the friendly and knowledgeable service that they provide and the efficient manner in which problems are attended to. I began with a basic package and now run several websites, and each time I move up they are as helpful and impressive as ever. This is, by far, the best hosting service I have ever enjoyed.

I was informed about the iPage package by a friend who already has websites hosted by them and looked closely at the deal on offer. I was looking for a package that offered a good deal of space and bandwidth as well as proper, real time customer service. All too often what is promised is not what you get, but I soon found that iPage were true to their word. During set up I made several small enquiries about my sites and each was dealt with quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. That's what I'm paying for great service.

Here's what I want to say: iPage saved my life! My previous web hosting service proved to be a joke; I spent days waiting for them to get in touch to help me with an over complex set up process, nothing worked right, and I'd paid higher rates deliberately as I thought that would get me the best service. It didn't take me long to use the money back guarantee and cancel my contract, but I needed a new host and fast! That's when I found iPage, and I have not looked back at all. This is a great package at a great price, you won't be disappointed.

When it came to the end of my hosting contract just recently I was tempted to stay with my long time provider, despite having found them to be erratic at best. When a friend told me to try iPage, and claimed they offered a brilliant and very reliable service, I took his word, and I am very pleased that I did. With enough space and bandwidth for my needs at a great price and a simple to use system, plus a level of reliability that puts my old hosts to shame, this is a great service that I can recommend to anyone, and the staff are helpful, friendly and always there. Full marks to iPage for a great service.

Being a complete newcomer to the world of website and hosting I had no idea where to start; I knew my budget wasn't much and looked for a hosting company that I could afford. The whole process has been absolutely stress free, the control panel is so easy to use even I can handle it, the level of technical support is excellent and the responses quick, and I've got all the space and bandwidth I'll ever need and all for a great price. I can recommend IPage as a genuinely helpful and friendly set up who are well experienced in customer service.
