Like so many, I was SOLD by all the bells and whistles for the price. Everything I read said that Just Host is THE place to go. So, I did. I was then confronted with their control panel -- the place from which you do just about everything you need to do to set up your site. Only, I had NOOOO idea what I was looking at. And there are no \"start here\" arrows, no \"step #1\" instructions -- nothing. I contacted the online support which worked, and after 20 minutes I was off and running. But I didn\'t get very far.

Not included in the linked review is my newest problem. I tried to install one of the content managers, got an installation error, and so far, no response from the tech dept. You have to pay for an upgrade to get \"prompt\" asistance, and apparently USEFUL help.

I switched to this company several months ago because I felt they offered good value for the money. I could not been more wrong. This company has been horrendous to work with. They falsely advertise unlimited band width and disk space and then suspend your account without notice if you exceed the 10 percent usage policy. Make sure you read there fine print. If you do a search on just host account suspensions you will find the real story about Just Host and the hosting nightmare. Save your money and move on to another hosting company.
